Jessica In this closeup you can see how Jess's eyes have been set into her face. They are made separately from polymer clay, and then set into the sockets from behind, as you would do with a porcelain doll. To make the gloved hands I had to go back to the trick I learned from the Medieval King. Less is more. I made the skeletons for the hands, and then only gave them skin up to the wrist. The separate gloves went over the skeletons and gave the right proportion to the fingers. Not as thick and bulky as they would be if I had put a layer of skin underneath.
