Linda I made this doll for Diane H., the same woman who commissioned the three 1940's dolls. She said, "Make me a Carmen Miranda doll, only with a pretty face." So, naturally I named her Linda, which is Spanish for beautiful. I especially enjoyed making the jewelry and the platform shoes.
