Linda Linda has eyes that are molded into her face, unlike the previous dolls. After I cover the whole face with fabric, I carefully cut away the cloth over the eyes with a sharp craft knife. I then peel away the fabric and paint the eyes, adding a layer of gloss medium over them for a little more shine. Her jewelry is made from an assortment of things, such as beads, costume earrings and tiny brass coins that I pierced with a needle and wired to a thin chain.
