The Peddler Woman The Peddler is an old woman, and it was a challenge to sculpt her face with wrinkles and then cover it in fabric without losing the detail. She is dressed in the traditional red cape which peddlers used as an identifying uniform. Her dress is covered with a homespun pinafore apron, and she has knitted arm-warmers. (I think I used to know the actual name for them, but it's been a long time...)
