Just like a library, this site is organized into separate sections, made up of similar types of books, to help you find exactly what you are looking for, whether it is pictures of art dolls, tips on dollmaking, or dollmaking supplies (including the latest and best in books, patterns and videos.

The Notebook is the Homepage, or Welcome page. That is where you will find any news flashes, so be sure to bookmark the Notebook for frequent returns.

The Site Map (where you are now) has instructions on navigating the rest of the site.

The Workbook is full of tips and techniques for dollmaking, including articles that have appeared in the Cloth Doll Magazine, when I was a columnist there.

My Biography is here to let you know a little more about me. You can read my Resume, and a brief Artist's Statement, which explains why I make dolls, and why they look the way they do.

The Scrapbook contains photos of my favorite dolls over the years. Keep in mind that all the dolls here have been sold. I provide this page to show you what I have done in the past.

The Portfolio will show you dolls I have made recently, and all are for sale, unless otherwise indicated. If you email me, I will give you the cost of shipping, and can take your order over the phone. And YES, I do take credit cards.

The Address Book is where you will find links to other websites about dolls and dollmaking. If you would like to have your site listed here, just email me. I will review the site to make sure it fits the category, and to see if the page functions properly. I will not list a page that takes too long to load, or has faulty links.

The Catalog is where you can purchase dollmaking patterns, books and videos. We feature several items that are hard to find elsewhere. We have a SECURE SITE, and we DO take credit cards. This is the safest way for you to make purchases over the Internet.

From 1998 to 2000 I organized a dollmaking seminar on Jekyll Island, Georgia. If you would like to see what went on there, go to the JIDS site. However, be advised that I am NO LONGER ORGANIZING THIS EVENT. I may do classes sometime in the future, but there is no longer a Jekyll Island Doll Seminar. JIDS 2000 was the last one. If you weren't able to attend, I'm sorry you missed it. (It was a blast!)

If you would like to be informed when I have something new on this site, or when I might be offering a class, please sign the Mailing List. I have to ask for your full name and snail mail address, because email addresses often change or have a minor mistake in them. If that's the only way I can reach you, then I CAN'T REACH YOU!

If you have a particular need, such as wanting to sell a doll-related item, or looking for information on an antique doll, you may want to place a Classified Ad. It is free and provides an opportunity for a link to your site, where you may have a picture of the item. Please don't email me with these questions. I am a doll artist, not a doll history expert. I promise you that I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING about your mother's doll or where to find molds for a porcelain doll. So, please don't email me with those questions. Just fill out a classified ad and someone who DOES know the answer may read it and email you directly.

And, if you'd like to send an electronic Greeting Card, you can use this site to send a photo of mine, or use a photo of your own! Just follow the instructions on the page. It is so easy I have even done it myself!

To peruse the site in its entirety, just scroll down to the bottom of the table of contents (to the left) and click on the postage stamp icon. You will find one at the bottom of each page you visit, and if you start here, it will take you on a tour of the whole site, page by page. The last stamp will take you back to the main page, which is the one you should bookmark.

The stamp will not take you to pages that are off this site (such as the greeting card site and the classified ad site) or into the secure bookshop site. If you follow those links, use your back button or your bookmark (which you HAVE made, haven't you?) to return to a page with the stamp.

Once you have familiarized yourself with the site, you should be able to move around at your leisure. Just use the links along the left side of the page, or any of the hyperlinked text. If you'd like to email me personally, use the Email link.

Thanks for visiting!
