As he attempts to give her flowers, she is enraptured of Rudolph Valentino, staring out in space, daydreaming of herself in the Sheik's tent. She holds an autographed photo of Valentino. This is an actual working clock, but all the numbers are replaced with broken hearts. And moss and forget-me-nots have overgrown the case.
